O cabelo feminino enquanto elemento na performance: sentidos e experiências

Abstract

This article points out the characteristics that permeate the research from the intersection between hair and performance, issue born from the experience of 2019 inthe discipline: Tcc Espetáculo of the course of Licenciatura in Theatre at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), taught by Professor Dr. Naira Ciotti, which yielded a photographic essay where a figure that later emerges entitled the performance that was built in the same curricular component: "Aligma ". With this, we seek to understand the different contexts in which the human hair has been the target of controversy, as well as to discuss it in its historical, social dimension and its passage through literature, producing displacement effects of its first understanding, as well as to problematize the ways it is seen in the course of Chronos and how the arts in general appropriate this element that sprouts from our skin. This trail highlights hair in one of the youngest arts, the one already mentioned in the beginning, performance.
