Obstáculos à implementação da homeopatia no SUS

Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To identify the main difficulties faced in implementing Homeopathy in the Unified Health System, after publication of the National Policy on Integrative and Complementary Practices. METHODS: Review of studies, with the following searches2022, in the Periodicals Capes, SciELO and BVS databases, were selected published from 2006 onwards. For the literature, the terms were used: Homeopathy, SUS and PNPIC. RESULTS Publications: Among the 97 publications, 7 articles were selected according to the eligibility criteria. In this way, in the works, the lack of knowledge of the managers was evidenced through applied research in relation to Homeopathy and the National Policy of Integrative and Complementary Practices, such as the lack of knowledge of the health professionals themselves and a difficulty for a manager implemented the homeopathic service in the public health system. CONCLUSION: The study shows that it has a legal basis for the implementation of Home in the SUS, since 2006, built in the SUS, however, it reveals the possibility of this system to transform this therapeutic practice into reality. Factors contributing to the lack of functioning and how they work: Several in health careers, managers not committed to the lack of supervision. Makes the necessary change in this sense, it is plausible that the framework and Homeopathy will be disseminated and by the largest number of SUS units.
